Aqua from Konosuba.  In an attempt to prove she is not useless, the goddess attempts use a new healing spell to make herself stronger. Unfornately she doesn't fully understand how the spell works and loses control of her growth.

Song Oak (the name of the mother of Kipo) what it the cure was not succesfull at 100 % and finish with the gene o f a gorrila for her muscle and want to help her daughter at her maximum and finish in a hulk like situation ( she will transform in her buff form when she fear for the security of her daughter)

Annete (from the game Castlevania Dracula Chronicle) was transformed in a Werewolf very buff and Giant who is not very happy of this.

Sypha (from the cartoon of Netflix  Dracula ) find a spell to make a avatar of Atlas without knowing the avatar will be her. A new type of attack of titan will come. 

Shay and Tally Youngblood from Uglies (the book and comics) a what-if Shay and Tally where captured and becoming pretties at the same time, Shay return to herself more faster in training herself (trying to flee the pain but without knowing how and why she have this pain) and find Tally (before she find the page and the pill and after this she never find them) make her follow the same path. Knowing the answer was this easy to find they contact David to tell him this. And at the end his mother send them a implant/pill of Nanobot knowing without doubt they have the doctor Cable who surveille them without pause  and will see the change of routine they contact the other crims and make them flee. After Cable make them Special/ Cutter the implant inject them a mega-dose of steroids. The following of this are two very pissed of Special/Cutter and a doctor who will re-discover a very old "rusty" tradition; the marathon (in other word flee the two hulk/behemoth very angry and you manipulated with all the city)
