Changes to Preview Vids / Patreon name reward (Patreon)

Hi everybody!

In the hopes of making my content a little more entertaining and impactful I've been checking out YouTube vids on engagement lately. 

It's led me to viewing my audience retention graph which generally looks like this for every video: 

The blue line is the current video ("Lottie Mae Hypnotized" in this case)

The grey ghost shape behind it is the general channel trend. 

Points I notice. 

• That initial cliff dive! Two thirds of the initial viewers leave in the first 20 seconds, at the sight of the social media intro and disclaimer. Oof!
• I only manage to retain about 25% - 33% of the audience throughout the vid. (A target would be 66% or higher.
• Pretty much all the remaining viewers leave when they get to the end card with the "Thank you Patrons" section and recommended follow up vids. (Argh!)

So... I'm probably going to try binning the intro and just going straight into the fun parts in the previews. 

Also whilst it's nice to have the end card and I would like to thank everyone for being a patron... the fact that it seems to put the general audience off means almost no-one gets to the end of the video where I recommend further playlists and videos viewers might like to watch, so I'm going to be removing it for now. 

Hope that's not too disappointing. It should at least make preview production a little quicker as I won't need to spend 40 minutes removing everyone's sirnames from the "Thank you Patrons!" list. :P 

Also quick question for anyone that's made it this far... 

Q: How did you come across the fact that I had a Patreon anyway? 

Preview end card? Via Entrancement.co.uk? Something else?
