Phew, it's been a week.

We're about halfway through the trial, and did you know? When you're on a Jury, you're not allowed to talk about any aspect of the case until it's over, even with the other Jurors. So far it's been a very isolating experience.

Though the schedule is somewhat consistent, the day itself is reliably exhausting; I'm usually home around 5-5:30, but I end up passing out only a few hours later, then wake up the next morning to do the whole thing again.

All of this to say, I haven't really made working on a new page much of a priority this week, but maybe this weekend I'll have some energy to get something started.

Of course, there are a WHOLE bunch of exciting things happening around my Civic Duties, too; DotL's editor Isa got advance physical copies of Book 1 from the printer, and rewards for the Kickstarter should have shipped out this week... once all of the backer obligations are fulfilled, books should become available in the DotL Hivemill store. I'll make a lot of noise about this when it happens, but if you didn't get in on the KS when it happened, that doesn't mean you missed your chance, please don't stress.

Anyway, thanks y'all for being so patient during what is a consistently turbulent time in this comic's production. Sometimes life just happens, y'know?

Personally, I appreciate your service. I'm thankful for the comic and don't want your dodging to make it stop. Hehe

Thank you for the update! Life happens, and most times must be dealt with before that which we'd rather...gods do I know that one. I'll still be here waiting alongside everyone else. :D

Yep, it's a life stopper. Despite all your rage, you're just a juror encaged.
