Really cool choices with the word-wrap/transparency to allow the hand in front and the whole general interplay of things changing foreground/background/panels in the bottom 2 panels there. Om nom nom word art with the implied continuance and getting even worse.

HAHA, yup, Yoko asked me if she should render the rain to look more "magical," but I was worried about how convoluted that would have made the visuals, so for this particular storm, the rain is just normal water falling from the "normal" stormclouds above the "magical" ones.
