After preparing her date for what's to occur, Yokoshima-sensei proceeds to lower herself onto him;  surprised by how far he reaches her insides, she falls into old habits and begins spouting off many complimentary, yet vulgar statements about his size and shape.

Eventually, this again annoys him to the point where he reapplies her ballgag to quiet her down (which she doesn't seem to mind), and the two proceed to further enjoy their evening...
