From the manga/anime Grand Blue Dreaming;  Her initial debut was rather...unfortunate due her horrifying choices regarding fashion, but her appearance improved markedly once she ditched the makeup, enhanced even further when she decided to take up diving and put on a wetsuit.

Not really a fan of the series (I'm not big into alcohol-fueled antics nor seeing a bunch of guys spontaneously strip naked at the slightest provocation, both of which happen quite frequently), but with the diving and girls like Aina above, I'll put up with it...
