February 2021 update (Patreon)

I'll start off straight to business;  back in December, I eliminated all tiers except for level Alpha.  To my dismay, I received a message from a patron today and learned that they were still being charged at a higher rate for a now-discontinued level.  I then found that this patron was not the only one.

I've issued a refund to the patron in question, and will be issuing more where appropriate.  In the meantime, I ask that all active Patrons please check their tiers and ensure they're subscribed to Level Alpha ($5) tier.

I deeply regret any inconvenience that this has caused for those affected.

Addendum - there are also several patrons that are still being pledged for lower-priced tiers that no longer exist.  I will be contacting these patrons to attempt to remedy this situation.
