A fit-bit like device that monitors your heart rate and also how vigorously you're typing on your keyboard and alerts you when it detects that you're taking pointless internet drama too seriously and encourages you to go for a nice stroll outside to your friend's house and record a relaxing episode of the biggest problem. I'm not intending this invention for anyone in particular but there could also be a setting where you put in relevant health statistics, such as being very fat, and if it thinks you're close to giving yourself a heart attack from watching out of context Alex Jones clips it will turn off your wi-fi for you.
