This will help keep women occupied (less time for spending your money), and it will stop them from getting in the way at real workplaces and bottlenecking projects. They'll still get paid (in fake currency like disney dollars, and its only like 20% worth of a real dollar), since replacing their current positions with men will probably lead to higher optimization and profits at their companies.
