howdy howdy! i'm going to start offering more patreon exclusive audios and i wanted to start with this series :) if i'm being honest...i am very horrible with positive thinking lol (thank u brain) so when i stumbled upon this book, i thought it would be helpful to incorporate some sort of daily practice of gratitude or reflection into my routine. i hope it can add some brightness to your day!

and with that, here are some daily affirmations for the first week of March (timestamps below). if you think you'd prefer an individual audio format (i.e. a separate audio for each day) or versions without music, please let me know! trying to figure out the best way to post these without cluttering the page too much.

It's probably easier for you to do them in groups like this. Plus they aren't long so now we can just repeat the whole thing each day to really drill it into our brain.
