This took way longer than expected to build, but it turned out beautifully!

Build Info

1st Floor

• Lobby - Continental Breakfast Buffet and Dining
• Swimming Pool & Heated Jacuzzi
• Laguna Bar & Karaoke
• Fitness Studio

2nd Floor

• (4) Standard Two Double Bed Rooms
• (4) Standard Double Bed Suites

3rd Floor

• (4) Premium One Bedroom Suites

Important

I playtested this lot with KawaiiStatcie's Hotel & Resort Mod and it worked as intended

I don't have access to the NEW Paradise Hotel & Resort mod by Grumpy ,but I'm sure you could easily set this hotel up to play with that mod.

Also, I set the lights to auto light, you should be able to control the lights since it is a community lot

You can use Unlock/Lock Doors on Any Lot by LittleMissSam, to lock your sims hotel room doors

I removed insignificant merged files from the download. So, there will be an alert of missing cc, but overall, the build will still function and look as pictured.
