Important

This is a huge lot, I recommend playing with LittleMsSam - MoreVistors or Using MCCC's AdjustSimsOnLot feature to increase the amount of sims that spawn on this lot for more realism.

I set the lot type as a Recreation Center, but this lot could easily be a Spa, Gym, or Park. so play around with it to see what lot type would work best with your playstyle.

I removed the deco sims and insignificant merged files from the download. So, there will be an alert of missing cc, but overall the builds will still function and look as pictured.
