I watch a ton of sims 4 let's plays on YouTube, and one thing I've noticed is the lack of realistic nightclubs. So, here you go!!

• 1st Floor - Ultra Lounge - Nightclub main floor equipped with DJ booth, dance floor, private sections, and bar.
• 2nd Floor - VIP Lounge - VIP Area with its own bar and private sections, hookah machines (bubble blowers), and karaoke stations.
• 3rd Floor - Private Rooftop - Exclusive rooftop perfected to host private parties (birthdays, anniversaries, dates)

• Get Famous - Set lot traits as Hottest Spot in Town or Up-and-Coming Hotspot to bring in Celebrities and utilize the VIP Area
