Here are two smaller realistic lots I created that you can fill your world with!

• The bookstand in front of the lot was made with the T.O.O.L mod and placed on the sidewalk. It won't show up when you place the lot.
• Here's a detailed view, if you would like to create your own. I recommend creating it first on the lot then moving it to the sidewalk as a group. Once done, then place the library lot down.

• I placed invisible fences around the lot, so sims will use the main entrance. By changing the swatch color they can become visible if you need to make any changes. 
• One side of the fence might disappear, due to being placed on edge of the lot. Can easily be replaced!
