Concept Sheet- "Whitelist" (Patreon)

Here's the outlet for a new idea I'm tinkering with for Chasr, hope it catches the fancy of at least a few of you.

Tank, Brandi, and Devlin are three popular, coordinating users and content generators for CHAS>R. Utilizing the whitelist feature, Brandi and Devlin are Runnrs and Tank is the only Chasr authorized to pursue them. Together, they operate one of the app's fastest growing channels through their combative yet familiar ribbing, entertaining personalities, and their highly publicized chases. Brandi and Devlin occasionally work cooperatively to try and avoid Tank, or may work in competition with each other to ensure the other is caught, first. The appeal of this dynamic lies in the rivalry which exists between Brandi and Devlin as Runnrs, but also the rivalry they both share against Tank. The result of this is incessant mocking from one Runnr to the other if they are caught by Tank, and/or taunting Tank for, so far, failing to catch the other. The chases usually take place in well populated spaces with all three often stopping to play to the spectators, either in person or watching on their devices all over the world. Although the dynamic between them as 'characters' is somewhat put-on, the chases themselves are legitimate and the players involved can often go from something of a play-rivalry to a real one in the heat of the moment.

Another aspect which makes their act popular is the large presence of surrounding Watchrs, who instead of being dissuaded from getting too close are encouraged to come in for a closer look. During a chase, spectators will often interact with the chasing parties, even going as far as 'snitching' to Tank about where the other two might be hiding. When Tank gets a hold of either Brandi or Devlin, Watchrs pull out their phones and surround the captured Runnr, all aiming to get the best, most explicit angle possible in the hopes of drumming up their own, viral content. Tank often encourages this, reveling in making a spectacle out of his captured friends.

Despite how ruthless Tank can be when going after either Devlin or Brandi, he is very protective of them while they're performing their chase. If a Watchr or unaffiliated spectator should get a little too excited and start getting handsy with one of the Runnrs, Tank will immediately correct them, starting with a verbal warning for small offenses or something a bit more forceful if necessary. Most who follow the exploits of Tank and the Kids know well enough that they can get close - but not too close.

Devlin "Kix" Kixon (@KixClixFlix) - Fennec Fox

Devlin is longtime coworker of Brandi's at Movie Dump, Devlin is a compelling and must-watch content creator dissecting and reviewing the latest in popular media such as film, video games, and deckbuilding. Only problem is, nobody knows that, yet. Struggling to get his own numbers off the ground, he was hesitant when Brandi first suggested that Devlin register on CHAS>R and join her channel alongside she and Tank, but relented upon seeing the numbers their shtick was already enjoying. Knowing the potential boon adding a male Runnr could bring, Brandi finally convinced Devlin to come on board. Showing next to no interest in IRL romantic partners, Devlin's interest in cartoon crushes is much more diverse and layered. How'll that'll translate when held at funpoint by Tank remains to be seen.

Brandi Ramos-Diaz (@datbitchbrandi)

Brandi (Brand) is the mastermind behind the project, having recruited Tank and Devlin to partake. Having undertaken a few chases prior to creating the channel, Brandi found that she liked the concept of Chasr but found the involving of strangers to be distasteful. Taking into account his size and athleticism, Brandi brought Tank on board, who hadn't previously been overly familiar with Chasr. Friends with no particular romantic interest, they created an interesting dynamic juxtaposed against the explicit sexual nature of their encounters. The addition of Devlin to the project gave Brandi yet another sometimes-enemy sometimes-ally to play off of with, her antagonistic bantering a key factor in the overall popularity of the concept.

"Ey y'all, where's Tank-Brain at, been waitin' over here by the boba place forever, what's a bitch gotta do to get noticed, unh?"

Keotanku "Tank" Moaloa (@GET_TANKED) - Spotted Necked Otter

Keotanku, who also goes by "Keo" "KT" or "Tank" has been friends with Brandi since their school days together. Although they had always been close, Tank was admittedly taken by surprise when Brandi first proposed the idea of this channel to him. Not wanting to complicate their relationship by turning it sexual, Tank was repeatedly reassured by Brandi that it was simply professional, which would be reinforced by their on-screen antics which would portray them as antagonistic buddies and not lovers. Remembering a previous conversation in which Tank proclaimed he was much less picky 'about mouths than holes,' Brandi asked for Tank's blessing in including Devlin in the project, to which Tank replied "sure, he kinda look like a girl, anyway." Tank is a popular Chasr known for his dominant yet relaxed demeanor and overall "cool" personality.
