Smaller update with three new sidequests while I plan the next main story act.

- Team up with Annie and revisit Jen on a quest for snussy. Enter the depths of Big Mean Snake Lady.

- Visit John's old high school to recover an old keepsake. Raid the school cafeteria.

- Save the animals at the zoo with Tess. Amber has opinions on which ones taste the best.

To transfer your save, open the “www” folder in your previous instillation, and copy the “save” folder into the new version’s “www” folder.

As always, please let me know if you run into any bugs. Thank you all for your support!

2023-04-29 09:43:42 Alright, I've been waiting to do a more gameplay-oriented review since my ich post, and this is probably the best place to do it. I'll be going in order of the sidequest releases, so that's Annie, John, Tess. I'll also prolly throw in my thoughts on the rest of the game as well. Starting off, the game is impressively well put together. Throughout my 6 different save files, and what the game tells me is my 34 hours spent in game total, I have not noticed a single bug or glitch that ruined gameplay, making this a less buggy experience than my 60 hour playthrough of Cyperpunk 2077. In regards to difficulty, I find the game maintains a fairly even difficulty curve. John's sidequest was definitely the most challenging out of the three, due to the fact that is contains 3 enemies with their own buffs and debuffs. I found that trumpet -> drum -> tuba was a fairly consistent strategy to assure victory. One thing I remember thinking about is that, while many enemies have party-wide debuffs, like horror of existence or middle finger, we only have access to single target debuff clears. Or maybe there's an item I'm missing. (Speaking of items, what do you do with the Nyquil chicken you get during the Ahri section? Am I missing something to interact with, or it is gonna be used later?) As for story, all three quests definitely deliver in that regard. I genuinely felt proud seeing John assert his boundaries, and Amber getting to torment horse dude by slurping him like a go-gurt. It's nice to see her deliver on her threat of eating someone. Sky deserved it, and I spent at least five minutes clicking on her body after her fight in the hopes that Amber would deliver on the threat. I get why she didn't but Sky totally deserved it. Speaking of Amber, our protagonist continues to be based. Zen does not miss with the dialogue in this game. The art also continues to be amazing. Seeing Amber's capacity increase is always entertaining, and I apricate her acknowledgement of the weirdos in the Youtube comments. (Again, how has she not gotten their channel at least several eyebrow raises from the bots?) I suppose I should wrap this up before I start rambling. All in all, I'm glad I found this game, great work as usual. You're killing it Zen. Also, can I get a start date for the story? I'm writing a fanfic that follows some characters I've made, and I'm trying to extrapolate a date. I think it takes place in August 2021, but that's mostly me guessing off the Calander asset in Amber's room, which seems to be a default asset, so I'm kinda lost.

Thanks for the big post! Good stuff. I'm glad the game has been working for you! I've definitely had to work out some annoying bugs haha. Nyquil chicken does nothing right now I honestly have zero plan for it I just thought it was funny that day. There's some hints for the start date in John's sidequest, actually. It's around the middle of May 2021. The calendar sprite is a default asset and isn't accurate. I'm interested to see what you're writing!
