The real Kira is back 🔥 About Ryuk, I think when it comes to his motivations it all comes down to “fun”. I’m sure at this point he realized that, by helping Light ever so slightly, he gets to surround himself with more chaos and death, basically more entertainment. He doesn’t really care about Lights plan, nor any human being. That’s also why he was more than happy to make the eye deal. It’s all like a big game to him.

Honestly, this was Light's best plan, he really thought 10 steps ahead, which really took months, but just worked out perfectly for him. I'm still rooting for L, but this was very much Light's episode. I respected it, at least the plan. Now excited to hear what you think of the next episode, very curious about your reactions :)

Omg. I haven’t watched this in maybe 15 years so don’t remember how most of it goes down, but that shot of light first touching the book with his expression like that gave me chills, it was kinda genuinely scary
