Full Length Reaction Guide

We take copyright law very seriously, so you will have to sync up our reaction to your own version of the show/movie. To help, we have a range of guiding tools throughout the reaction to help you sync up with us, including a small snippet of the scene to ensure you are in sync.  Any instances in which you see the screen cut, this means we’ve had technical difficulties or have skipped a potential disruptions/bloopers. This means you will need to sync up your copy of the show again, if we are unable to edit these cuts seamlessly into the next scene. An updated timecode will be provided on the screen.  Anytime we pause, there will be timer/countdown on screen to prompt you. So if we’re about to pause, there’ll be a countdown, and you are expected to pause as the number reaches 0. The same will happen when we press play after pausing. You will press play as the number reaches 0.  Here are some popular ways people sync up the reaction with their own copy of the show:

  • Use a dual monitor PC setup to watch both screens simultaneously
  • Use the split screen functions on your computer/phone to watch them side by side
  • Chromecast / Screenshare one screen to your TV while watching the other screen on a phone or laptop
  • HDMI your laptop / tablet to the TV and use the TV as a 2nd monitor (not mirror display)
  • Use your Smart TV or Gaming console to play the YouTube reaction and your Phone/Laptop to play the show (or other way around)
  • Use Google chromes picture in picture mode to overlay your own copy of the show over our reaction in a smaller window size (Link to the extension here: ( https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/picture-in-picture-extens/hkgfoiooedgoejojocmhlaklaeopbecg?hl=en )

We hope you enjoy the video!

Pudgey seems to have the idea that Walt has some conscious or subconscious desire to be caught, referring to the book that Hank found. I don't think so, he had just become complacent, like people do over time. Walt had been getting away with covering up his activities for so long, he simply got careless. A book of poems in his house...so what, right? Skyler had even said she wasn't aware of it. I enjoyed the building suspense in those scenes when Walter can't find the book. At first he dismisses it, but then you see his gradual realization of what it could mean, as he pieces things together, and which eventually leads him to check under his car and find Hank's tracking device.

I think Walt kept the book on hand like that, not because he wanted to get caught, but the same reason almost every misfortune has fallen on this show: Walt's massive ego. Gale was one of the few people who actually worshipped and treated Walt with the reverence he thought he deserved when he was screaming at Skyler about the watch that Jesse gave him and the like, so he kept that reminder of someone who appreciated how great he is close at hand.

I think you have to remember this series took place in a world pre-2016 so shame, accountability & ethics still had a role in US society. What I mean by that is there was a standard that the mere appearance of a conflict of interest or impropriety meant someone had to fall on their sword for the sake of integrity personal & professional alike. While we as an audience know the truth that Hank is 100% innocent: in world there would be no question people who would believe Hank was in on it. Most prosecutors or DA's would balk/hesitate at prosecuting Walt simply because if they have even a miniscule amount of doubt about Hank with all their professional training they know a jury would have a better than 50% chance at having reasonable doubt especially without massive direct/physical evidence of Walt's guilt. In a lot of ways to use Hank's investigation someone would have to paid a price such as losing their job to bolster their credibility otherwise Walt's defense could be he let a personal beef get so out of hand that now he is using the government to settle the score especially if Hank was allowed to keep his job. . If Hank lost his job in the mind of the jury they would see Hank falling on his sword & wonder who would risk everything if there wasn't a firm belief Walt was guilty?
