Space sword!!

I loved this episode. I always empathized with Sokka being the only non-bender and feeling sometimes like he was the punchline to a joke. I always felt for non-benders in this world in general, in the same way I always felt for muggles in the Harry Potter world. Like it seems so unfair that such unique and powerful abilities can exist in a world, only for them to be randomly handed out. So I really appreciated them giving him his own episode like this. I also appreciate Piandao. Showing adults "behind enemy lines" who do not line up with where their country has gone. It made it a good one for showing Iroh as well. My jaw was on the floor when they showed how ripped he had gotten.

Apparently it was said that Piandao also once taught Zuko

great reaction to one of my favorite episodes in the season. the uplifting yet fulfillingly complex nature of avatar must be a nice respite from the gloomy tragedy of some of the darkest moments on game of thrones. in many ways avatar completes a void game of thrones never does.

I wouldn't have messed with Iroh in the time when he earned the title "Dragon of the West". I certainly wouldn't want to now...

Ripped Iroh hits different. LOVING the avatar reactions! keep em coming gang!

Uncle Iroh went from dad bod. To daddy bod

I wonder what parts of the Iroh storyline they cut from season 3 because the voice actor died. Getting prisonjacked is cool but it ultimately always seemed like filler as he's already an amazing firebender.

Spartan said he’ll ise his sword on Pudgey. Pudgeys face was like “wth?!” Hahha

Pudgey, please blink twice if Spartan has a sword out of frame 😂

This episode was nothing but straight fire

I forgot how solid of an episode this was. I remember I always used to skip it.
