Also, idk if you guys noticed, but Daemon is an anagram for Aemond.

Lets quickly go through some stuff I thought was really good but nobody seems to talk about. That scene between Alicent and Aegon. Both actor/actress did a phenomenal job. Aegon's expressions, his disappointment, his hurt, all on his face it was really a great scene possibly my favorite dialogue in the whole episode. And Olivia Cooke never disappoints. The scene with the council where Aemond pretty much humiliates Aegon. When he explains what Cole is doing by moving the pieces on that board, then Aegon tries to put them back is just great. That actor is killing it as Aegon. Then he starts talking in High Valeryian knowing his brother is barely able to speak it whilst for him its pretty easy. Such a power play and Aemond is dominating there. I always thought Katelyn Stark was annoying. Her hatred for Jon was stupid. If anything she should've been angry at Ned, whats that little boy have to do with any of that? Rhaenis being kind to that man and telling Corlys to treat him well was really nice of her, clearly showing how much she loves him. Really appreciated that Rhynera didn't just teleport back from King's Landing, it took her days or more and it was properly addressed in the show. She just left and everyone was like WTF where is the queen there is a war going on. Lord Gunthor Darklyn just go Hak Tuah on Cole before he chopped his head off. Boss move, totally respect that. It was a really nice detail when they showed the sigils of the soldiers being sent first to attack the castle. All of them were defeated in the past few weeks so basically they all sworn to support Rhynera. They died first. Another great detail was when Sunfyre barely avoided crashing into the ground and was bleeding heavily onto the soldiers and they were all screaming because the blood of the dragons is extremely hotr like lava. Great attention to detail. Now for Princess Rhaenys. I felt like she knew she will not survive this but wanted to at least severely injure Vhaegar. I think both herself and Meleys was really tired, t hey were doing a lot of patrolling and also trying to keep the council together whilst the queen was absent. Also I think she did feel some quilt over not burning them alive on the spot last season and as a result Luke died. This is her doing her very best to rectify that mistake. She could've escaped, the Red Queen ( Meleys ) was known to be one of the fastest dragon to live. All she had to do is fly across the bay and get backup and turn this into a 2v1 or 3v1. She could've easily left when Vhaegar was on the ground. It was heartbreaking to watch, the way Meleys looked back at her almost apologizing for failing. Really sad scene but done so well. The production quality of this show is insane. The costumes, the sets, the hairstyles, the props, the CGI, the sound desing, the music. Mindblowing stuff really. This is an episode I will not forget anytime soon. to the editor that scene with Ramsey was very smart. I was just thinking about that a couple minutes earlier feeling actually sorry for Spartan. :)
