2024-05-02 03:35:29 i like this movie better than the last one... but it takes me out of it knowing what he was going through in his private life. you can really see it in this movie. his performance is really off. his private life was in shambles and he just couldn't hide it even in his performance. for me with Jack as a character... he was really cleverly written in the first movie. because he was so smart and you never knew if he was doing it by accident or by plan. in the next movies - although still a great iconic character , it seems the writers only took the goofy side of him and left out a lot of his actuals brains. and in the 4th and 5th movie all we are left with is his goofy dunk side. all the cleverness and mischievousness is gone.
