Content

-Lillian has a new dialogue that gives you a free skill! Making this made me realize how out of date and clunky the NPC system is so in a future update I’m going to rehaul it so they just use the standard event system. Either the bug fix update following this one, or the Feng update.

-The manticore has received a content and combat update! You can now learn her name! Good luck! Some of her current progress trackers didn’t exist before, so there may be some inconsistencies with things she says, and depending on how much time you’ve already spent with her you may have an even pre-emptively trigger.

-The paralysis status effect has been added to the game.


Quality of Life 

-Skill tooltips now display an estimated damage, heal, buff/debuff, status effect chance, and status potency where applicable.

-Crit chance and crit damage are now displayed on the character menu.

-The character menu now has a bevvy of new tool tips for stats.

-You can now re-sort your skills in a few different pre-set ways.


Skills and Damage

-Multiple skills have had their learning requirements increased and prices in a few cases.

-Tweaked a bunch of skill damage values. Almost all increases. This includes some player skills. Below are more specific changes.

-Grope ass, Seduce, and breast caress no longer cost energy. 

-Spank now does more damage, but now costs 5 energy instead of 2.

-Ear Tease has increase charm chance.

-Whip now uses technique instead of power.

-Breast Nuzzle now has recoil, but deals more damage and costs no energy.

-Nerfed Distracts damage.

-Pound can no longer stun, can now lower damage output of enemy for a turn.

-Added Tantric Thrust, an allure scaling sex skill.

-Added Moxie, an allure buffing skill that scales with allure.

-Added Pussy Worship, a face sit specific skill that scales with allure.

-Lowered allures global percentile damage scaling from (0.01*allure)*movepower to (0.003*allure)*movepower. It’s base flat scaling has also been lowered to 0.05 from 0.15. 

-Nerfed the Alluring perk’s buff to flat allure scaling to 10 from 15.

-Lowered all skills flat scaling with their related stats. Except caress.

-All skills now have a small percentile scaling with their related stat similar to the above allure percentile scaling. Except caress.

-Core skills no longer scale less than normal skills, as their stat calculation generally gets a lower number.

-Redid the defence equation, it now works completely differently, so it now scales based on damage taken, power, and will power, no longer taking into account level. So early enemies can now actually arouse you again, and the decrease in damage scales way better as you’re hit with bigger attacks.

-Added optional statusEffectScaling field to skills, specifically for buff/debuff skills currently, as some of the buff skills were bonkers good compared to others. This allows me to set the rate that stats increase their buff/debuff. Some buffs were nerfed while a large number are still basically the same as before.


Game Start and Progression

-Lowered starting arousal to 100, max starting arousal is now 150.

-Increased starting spirit to 3, max spirit at starting is now 3.

-Spirit can no longer be increased with stat points after character creation. Every other source of spirit still works. Spirit only gives 2 stat points when decreased. Someone should try a 1 spirit run.

-Increased ‘hard’ modes starting stats and points.

-Energy now is increased by 10 per point put into it. Energy no longer increases by 5 every 2 levels.

-Increased the value of multiple healing items.


More Balancing

-Added the Virility stat that is = to your level + 10*spirit + any applicable perks.

-This stat increases the healing and energy drain perks monsters have.

-Energy drain perks now have a bit of randomness to how much they drain.

-The Heroic Cumback perk now also scales with virility in addition to luck, and now has a 60% max chance to keep you going and gives you 10% virility that counts towards it’s base chance.

-Virility will also be used for other future additions to the game.

-All status effect removal items, except panacea, now have slight minor secondary effects like restoring 10 energy or removing 25 arousal.

-Added Aphrodisiac Tolerant Perk


Modding

-Added displayPain, displayMagic, displaySeduction, displayMouth, displayBreasts, displayAss and displayPenetration, skillTags to properly display skills in the player’s skill list in the correct section when they do not use the related tag.

-Skills tagged with holy will always scale off the player’s virility.

-Added the SwapLineIf function, it’s a little complex so please check it out in the mod manual! 

-Menu option can also now be restricted by virility.

-Added FocusedSpeaksSkill for combat event’s so skill lines in them can be shown without adding quotations.

-Added GetEventAndSetProgress function.


Fixes

-Trance no longer auto puts you back to 3 left after you start to snap out of it the first time.

-Restraints now actually scale with their related stat!

-Kissing boost perks now work correctly.

-Enemies will no longer respond to your attacks if they get interrupted.

-Enemies should no longer double print skill use lines due to stance and skill tags. Looking at you imps.

-Fixed an issue where beating Aiko for Kotone's challenge wasn't triggering that you won with the perk. 

-Phase 2 Himika’s counter now triggers properly and no longer thinks she is Mizuko.

-Returning to the manticore at a certain affection level now actually has the potential for her to wake up, and properly recognize you’ve worked at the brothel and already know her.

-Fixed an issue where the total fetish cost for fetish removal wouldn’t calculate correctly.

-Fixed an issue that stopped the double Tengu Harpy loss scene from playing.

-Fixed some issues with applying restraints in combat events.


Save Integrity: Good, probably.  Make sure to load your old save in town! 

Mod Integrity: Goodish. -Reminder to manually update your save in options while in town, if you want to use an old save when you add mods.

Hum? Each time I try to choose a magic for the manticore fight : "an exception has occured" and i can't ignore it so i need to restart the game.

well, same goes with sex stance... seems like the fight in itself is a bit buggy and it seems, the skill pound is buggy aswell

Alright we're looking good boss, I'm taking a lot more damage and that's what we like. I'm wiping the floor with those alurane even at level one, we need to get some higher level ones or get them a coach (wasn't there some temptation scene with them?). Thanks for including the tooltips for stats. I just want to make sure about one thing: Luck does NOT help with breaking out of stances??? (it mentions restraints only). Cause I'm using a luck build and I'm still breaking out of stances like I'm slathered in butter ::sad face:: I'm formally requesting an item that reduces those chances cause I'm all out of ideas.

It's good. I love what you deed with the manticore. She is so cute!!! But i can't use magic in any kind of fight. without crashing the game. "highlighting" magic skills cause crash.

Very dumb question - I'm new, sorry. The sound/music (if there is any) doesn't work for me. Is this a common problem?

I'm thinking of adding an option to 'try and get free' in the same section as wait and surrender that instantly fails the struggle free check, but I'm not sure if that will be what everyone wants for the ability to see the failing to get out of stance lines. Also yeah luck does help.

Ah that clears things up. I'm starting to think I'm part a very small crowd when it comes to those fails. I thought an item at some point that gives a boost with a increased chance to fail as a trade-off would be a something people who are even on the fence could appreciate.
