Issues on the Tiers. (Patreon)

Some fellows are having some problems in accessing some posts. I contacted the support, and to avoid any misunderstood of mine, I will paste what they sent me:

"Upon review, it appears some of your patrons are on "no tier" status. No tier patrons do not have access to posts on a tier. When you delete a tier, patrons are not automatically moved into a new tier. 

Not to worry though – they can quickly unlock access by clicking the “Join now for $X” button on one of the locked posts. If they've already paid that dollar amount, they won’t be charged in addition, however, joining the Tier should unlock those posts for them."
