Hello, wonderful Patrons!

The weekend is upon us, and I couldn't be happier to share it with you all! 💖 Your positivity and enthusiasm never fail to brighten my day, and I can't thank you enough for being a part of my journey.

Let's have some fun! What's your all-time favorite movie or TV show? I'm always on the lookout for great recommendations, and who knows, we might have similar tastes! I have to make a confession… I’ve been watching an anime that is just so adorable I might be a bit obsessed! It’s called ‘Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu’ or in English, The Dangers of my heart! I beg you to watch the first episode and I’m sure you’ll see why I’m kicking my feet with how cute this teenage love story is!! 😊😚🥰

I've actually been re-watching Food Wars lately! Love it, it always keeps me from just ordering takeout.

My favorite would be Attack On Titan. Really basic and common answer, but I'm obsessed with it. Everything from the art, to the story, the characters, etc! Watching that made me want to hunker down and start learning to draw again

Very conflicting favorites in style and tone, but my favorite movie has and always shall be Star Wars (if I can cheat it's all of them but if not 1977 Star Wars) but for my favorite show, it's Joe Pera Talks With You a most underappreciated gem in my eyes.

oh! my favorite movies of all time are The Lord of the Rings, and my 3 favorite shows of all time are 2 HBO shows, theyre both dramas, called "ROME" and "The WIRE", and the 3rd is a Starz show called "Outlander" also recently I watched 2 comedies called "What we do in the Shadows" and "Abbot Elementary" which I loved! As for anime I am unfortunately a newb, and only started avidly watching it during the quarantine starting with the classics, I love "Cowboy Bebob", "Sailor Moon", "Yu Yu Hakusho" and "Trigun" I also recently saw the "Insidious" horror trilogy, and thought it was great! Also I love both seasons of "Prehistoric Planet" which is about Dinosaurs. lol oh I could go on and on 😅😅😅 have a great week Ophelia! take care my dear friend, and stay cool! 🐧🤗💙💗💙

I love Bojack Horseman!! Definitely not a show for kids, but it has a much more realistic take on mental illness better than most shows I've seen recently.

Lore of the Rings, yes!! I’m going to have to find the time to watch all three again soon, they are beautiful films! 🥹😭 So many good shows, shame I haven’t seen any of them! 😅 I’m glad you liked them! And the Insidious horror movies— I used to like them and other horror films when I was younger, but for some reason I can’t stomach them anymore, I’ve gone too soft! Definitely! If you decide to watch it, don't binge watch it. I made the same error the first time and I had to take a break from it.

Welp that is another anime to add to my watch later list (there are a ton in that list), but my favorite anime so far has been Jujutsu Kaisen as I really enjoy the characters and the plot. But for a romance anime I definitely recommend Horimiya, I have watched it twice now and I love every second of it as it has a good amount of comedy and the romance is amazing. It makes me almost tear up every time I finish it. So I definitely recommend those two!

i know theres a lot of great shows out there, but i just have to say my favorite of all time is one piece. sure, its over 1k episodes but every one of them is worth it. ill have to check out the show you recommended, im sure its as amazing as you are, Ophy!!

I think you would really like the anime movie called "Your Name". It starts off as a cute story about two teenagers who find themselves randomly swapping bodies every few days, writing notes to each other to set ground rules, and helping each other out with their problems/shortcomings, but soon progresses into much more. The 3rd act had me enraptured like few stories ever have. Other than that, I'm not a huge movie/show guy, but I do have to also recommend my 2 childhood favorite movies: "The Princess Bride" and "Who Framed Roger Rabbit". Rewatched both during the lockdowns, and they still hold up well today as an adult.

for me it's a tie between 3 shows, gurren lagann because i really like the power of friendship in the show, Dragon ball because it was the show that was with me for almost all my life and komi san can't communicate because i kinda am like komi san lol.

Yes it’s so good!! I haven’t seen Jujutsu Kaisen, but I did start watch Horimiya! I absolutely loved it and it was really sweet, but after that relationship dynamic change I couldn’t watch it anymore, but I’m sure the ending was lovely!

I’ve already watched Your Name and yes it was amazing!! Although I watched A Silent Voice and I think I actually liked that one better! But that might be because I watched that one first haha! And I’ve seen both the Princess Bride and Who framed Roger Rabbit! There are just incredible movies!! I’m going to have to watch them again sometime 🥰

My favorite tv show would probably have been game of thrones if the last two seasons hadn’t flopped but I’ll have to go with Spy x Family, for sure. It’s fun to watch and very wholesome. I'm rewatching Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, which is still one of my favorite TV shows ever, anime or otherwise. Also, I got caught up on Komi Can't Communicate (great show!) and just started My Dress-Up Darling.

My favourite TV shows is Avatar the last airbender. I rewatched this many times and it's still captivating and having the best choreographed fights even in animation.
