My dear patrons! How have you all been doing? 🥰

Can you believe it’s already the end of July? Time flies when you’re having fun—and making wonderful ASMR content for the best community ever! 💖 I just wanted to pop in and share a little bit of what’s been going on behind the scenes.

In my personal life, I’ve been taking some time to practice mindfulness and self-care. It’s so important to take a moment to breathe and recharge. How do you all like to relax and unwind? Let’s share some self-care tips and tricks in the comments!

Thank you again for another fantastic post Miss Ophelia!! ☺️ My favorite way to wind down during these summer nights is to turn on the fan, light a nice smelling candle, put on my new headphones that I got recently, watch a couple YouTube videos than end the night with the magnum opus that of which being your videos!! 😆 Especially if you posted on Patreon that day!! 🤩 I think I need to take a page out of your book Miss Ophelia. I need to do more self care because I have been having way to many panic attacks recently. Work has been super stressful and your videos help A LOT (your like atlas holding up my mental sanity sometimes, more often than I would like to admit lol 😂 💀) but sadly they still happen, especially in the middle of the night. 😭 Well anyways, thank you again for another absolutely outstanding post Miss Ophelia!! 😅 You're gonna hate my predictable answer but my way of self care is finding some time to lay in bed and listen to some asmr, and take several short quick naps while I binge videos from my favorite asmr channels. Like your two maid audios, idk why but they always hit the spot so well. 😴🥰 and yeah, doing that just completely recharges my batteries and leaves me feeling so relaxed. Anyway, I hope you're doing well my dear Ophelia, and know that your pengy's loving hugs will be with you always!🐧🤗❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hi Parker, thank you so much for your lovely comment! 😊 Your summer night routine sounds absolutely wonderful and so cozy, I’m so jealous!! I'm sorry to hear that you've been having panic attacks. It's so important to take care of yourself, and I hope you can find some time for more self-care. You deserve it! ♥️ As for my favorite form of self-care, I love taking long, warm shower and listen relaxing music when I can. It really helps me unwind and clear my mind. Also, a good book or a walk in nature will always do wonders haha! 🌹
