I designed this OC last year with the intent of her showing up in the Visual Novel, but since that didn't pan out, I thought it'd be fun to redesign her a bit and introduce her as a full on OC.
She's Samantha's best friend, and while this image doesn't really show off her psychic powers, I think those will be a fun basis for future images.
