$2 Tier - Patron Discord role added! (Patreon)

Just a small update to say that I've added Discord integration to the $2 tier, so anyone pledged to that should be allowed to have the 'Patron' role in my server, as well as join if they haven't already.
It's mostly for show with a snazzy dark orange name, but it'll help me send out updates in future and stuff.
