Version 0.4 is up and ready for public download, including the balance fix for the silence. Full changelog is available here. You can get the game from these links:

Don't forget to copy your whole save folder inside the new release!

Actually, this is a strange thing to say. Out of 3 new scenes, only one is with a monster girl :/

Open your game folder and navigate into the www directory. Should be something like Yorna_v04b_Windows\www. Then open another explorer/file manager window and open up the same directory in the new release. Drag and drop your old save folder into the new release and confirm the overwrite.
