Which side job should be developed first?

Option 1: Waitress
Will feature job-exclusive item: Waitress apron(and possibly a neck ribbon or something)

Option 2: Tutor
Will present an extra way of skipping rent payment: Tutoring landlord's sons instead of Mrs. Mollette(or doing a duo session with her)

Option 3: Part-time teacher/Teacher assistant
Help out Mrs. Mollette with her classes or step-in as her substitute when she calls in sick

Option 4: Undercover student
Disguise as a student and perform an undercover inspection on behalf of LusTV, and then... keep doing it.
