This is a post of mixed feelings, featuring one-day-late Valentine's image, a release delay announcement and a rant about technical issues.

Bad News: Release Delayed for 5 days.
Delayed Release Dates:
February 22(Wednesday) - Tier 3 & 4
February 24 - Tier 2
February 27 - Tier 1(public)

Short Reason:
Remember when last week I mentioned that it took me an extra week to finish the image upgrade?
Well it turns out I really need that extra week. I'm confident I'll be able to make it in 5 days though(I was hoping I'd make it in two, but it's clear to me now that that's impossible).

Long Rant:
Last Wednesday was full of good news, but this week lady Luck turned away from me.

I mentioned in the past that "under the hood" Succulence 2 is a horrible mess.
Most of the things that make up the "core" of the game have been made when I didn't really know what I was doing, and they can be described as "It works as long as you don't touch anything".

I should've made the main features of the game(such as wardrobe, accessory system, etc.) with the assumption that eventually I would expand them to have more outfits, more accessories and more events that need those outfits and accessories.

But I didn't plan that far ahead, and now it's come back to bite me.

..At least I realized what I was doing wrong, which means that I'm a little bit less of a hack when it comes to development now. Just a little :)

Basically, I've spent most of last week dealing with messy innards of the game, which were creaking and groaning in protest, because I've been trying to fit all these things in them that they weren't designed to handle.

And I need a few more days before everything is working semi-smoothly(I'll have to rely on your feedback and bug reports to iron it out fully. I will also recommend that you save the game before opening the wardrobe, just in case).

After everything is smoothed out the game will have a flexible customization system with various headwear pieces, accessories and lots of clothing. And most importantly - there will be lost of room for more.

Rant over.

I'll post an example of what I mean by "More" on Sunday, since I largely kept the scale of expanded customization a secret.
On Friday we'll conclude the wallpaper poll from last Sunday, so until then.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
