January/February Schedule (Patreon)

Hello.

It took me two extra days to figure out what do I want to add to 0.65 and how long it will take, and here's the official schedule.

Estimated Release Dates[0.65]: Between 10th and 14th of February(or 5, 5.5 weeks)
More accurate release dates with tiers will be posted in 2-3 weeks.

This of course means that pledges for January will be paused once again, and will resume in February and March.

The are a few reasons for longer development. One obvious one is - adding the pantyhose to Serena's wardrobe will take up to a week.

But there's more. The reason pantyhose became a full wardrobe option in the first place(in the past it was planned as a limited addition, only available with one suit and underwear set) is this:
Recently I came up with a much better way of making image sets. It will take some time to apply it to all existing image sets, but the benefits are very much worth it.
Here are the features:
- Reduced image size
- It will make it much easier to layer clothes and accessories together
- It will allow to expand the list of accessories and other trinkets that Serena will be able to wear
- And finally - It will allow complete customization of skin tones, body paints, body marks etc. with entire Serena's wardrobe. Forget making a special summer business outfit for when Serena gets tanned. All of her clothes will be available when she's tanned, AND there will be multiple options for tanning - full tan, bikini tan, etc.
(And I'll still make a skimpy summer business suit - fully available in-game)

This will be the last big adjustment to the image folder, and it will take a few weeks, but it will be worth it.
More technical post about all features(with examples) will be posted on Sunday.

Now, the actual summer special won't be available in 0.65, because it would take too long, but making events for it will be very easy once the image upgrade is complete.
So the March update has a high chance to have a big beach resort as a location Serena can travel to.

Oh yeah, here's the list of things that will be worked on after the image upgrade is done:
- TV channel career progression
- Various TV events, and rival reporters
- Ability to customize Serena's apartment
- Leveling up, and rewards for doing so
- Getting famous as a reporter
- More clothes available in Desire Shop
- Expansion of crowd reaction events(more dialogue, more variations)

Overall, there's a mountain of work once again, so I better get started.
