Hello.
The new feature I mentioned yesterday is still not ready, so I won't mention it just yet.

Instead, let's do a discussion about something that I needed to do a few weeks ago. I'll also share a few details about the way character stories will play out in  Succulence 2.

Now then.

The way I wanted all character storylines to go originally - was to make each of them be focused on a specific fetish. Also each of them would have a unique mark associated with it.

For Ms. Stone - original idea was to make her story submission focused.
However, the more time I spent making events for her, the more it feels like a needless restriction.
For example, I came up with quite a few train event ideas that were exposure focused, and was torn between fitting the CG to another character, or to change the story of Ms. Stone to be more exposure focused.

Another reason I was unsure about all this is the fact that exposure has become a big part of both games. So me putting a "no exposure for this character" seal on the story feels counter-productive.

But also - such restrictions help to make each storyline more unique, so it might be a good idea still.

And that's what this poll is about:

Right now it's only about Ms. Stone, but I'll either use the results in the future for other characters, or make a similar poll during development of chapter 3.

The poll:
Should I restrict events with Ms. Stone to one specific theme, or should I make more varied events for her?

Maybe a bad idea to vote for don't restrict, because I see some delays coming up haha. Well we are used and even restricted we would get em.

To not restrict does seem better as an option. I realized as I made this post, that it's better to make varied events with all characters, because players will have favourite characters. So instead of making a train event only with Ms. Stone - it's better if all characters have slightly different train event, and the players can choose their favourite character to accompany for it(for example).

if Ms Stone is the "Tutorial"-Boss then variance might be good. MAybe save the Theme-idea for the others until Serena opens them up for more options?

If anything, I'd say not restricting would make creating and thinking of content for characters significantly easier on your part. You wouldn't be restricted to having to think of events pertaining to the specific theme of the character and risk being stuck on brainstorming for content. And without a doubt there are people that would like multiple exposure or submission scenes with pretty much all characters, since it played such a big role in the first game and has done so up to now in the sequel.
