No, there are still incomplete quests that need to be finished. There was a post talking about this before.

The plan was to finish main story in 1.0, and then wrap up the unfinished side-stories afterwards. So I might do a heavy push towards the main quest in the next two updates. We'll have a poll on this subject too on Sunday.
