WIP changelog for [0.9] (Patreon)

Okay, since there won't be a progress log on Monday, here's a temporary changelog for new release, with "done" and "not done" sections. I'll replace the old schedule post with this one, since it's more precise.

Done so far:
+ New skills added for all 3 contracts.
+ New task for Stan added.
+ New Eve event added.
+ New exposure event added.
+ Small event with the homeless man near Serena's house added.
+ 3 classroom events added.
+ Video Club event added.
+ Art Club event added.
+ Running home naked event expanded.
+ Small tutoring event added.
+ New outfit available for diner dates - 1 new encounter added for it.
+ Added new expression for panties off skill when reduce shame II is obtained.

Needs to be done:
- 1 more classroom event.
- Early train event for revealing suit.
- 1 more diner encounter.
- School toilet event.
- Finalize beach holiday concept.
- Aria event.

There might be more added(or less if I mess up), but these are the points I will be focusing on. Also, here's more info on some of them:

- only 3(or 4) of 6 suggested events will get done this month. But the rest will definitely get done for next update, along with new suggested event, so they aren't getting abandoned.
- beach holiday concept will only feature one small event, since it's only a concept for now - but I will experiment with it more in the future.
- tutoring event is very minor, because I have prepared a chain of events for tutoring that need to be added all at once(kind of like some of science club events), so I won't add a significant tutoring event this month because it will be too much of a cliffhanger.
