On a sidenote, I've made about third of the required CG's for the sexy clothes section, and I only need to do about a hundred more! Oh boy...

Detailed:
+ New skill available from Eve at level 5, that lets you seduce people on the street(not all of them yet). Has 2 variations as is animated. It's available in both worlds, but you'll have to search for those who can be seduced.(I'll post a list of seducible people in the walkthrough later if I don't forget). Also it requires critical sanity, or critical lust to work.

+ Critical Lust: When Serena has over 100 lust, she becomes slightly more evil. This offers different dialogue with some characters, and scene variations.(the new train scene has different dialogue with 100+ lust for example)

+ Exposure Contract(unlocks once you do the park scenes). This is experimental, so there's not much to it for now: bonus damage when costume is damaged(requires testing), and the Public Nudity daily quest.

+ Public Nudity: While Exposure Contract is active, Serena needs to spend time naked in the streets. There's not much to do there now though, so I added a coin that you can loot there daily to make it worth it :)

Rest:

 + Two scenes in the park.(unlock once you've learned the dropped panties skill)Edit: Forgot to mention that you need a Reduce Shame skill too.

 + Serena can now be a PE teacher in the gym(get a gym uniform and talk to PE teacher in the faculty room to trigger).

+ Swimming Club and pool is now open(get swimsuit from cosplay club)

+ Premium massage added (has 2 options, each with different amount of sanity gain.

+ Gloryhole event.

+ It's easier to win good loot in the slot machine in Desire Shop.

+ New item in desire shop that lets you teleport underwear.(I didn't test the combat with every pair of panties, so be careful when using it!). 

+ You can find rare armor in the ruins and sell it to armor merchant.(only 2 for now, will add more)

+ Mini-Quest with gift vendor in the City of Ahn.(Reward is quite nice though)

+ Added CG with Serena sleeping(only in her home.)

+ The guy that say's rumours now knows more rumours(some are unlockable).
