Small Discord Reminder (Patreon)

So if you're in the MHFAP! Discord, or if you didn't join yet but are a patron, or if the bot didn't add you like it should have, just a reminder to people that there's a discord where you can join and get a special Patron role. The bot integration doesn't always add people and give them their roles like it's supposed to, in fact it rarely does... so if you are a patron just let me know so you can get your role after you prove it.
