New system of patreon (Patreon)

Hello everyone, as you may have noticed, Patreon put into effect a new system for the tax, which I am not entirely clear on. As I will continue investigating, the otaku media tier has a benefit called digital download of the exclusive content type, (I think it is the most indicated) if I see that it hurts I will see what I can do to modify it.
