but you can still adjust even if your character is not 35

Here's how you do it

move tongue position first (use tongue folder)

Select shoulder and hip folder together and adjust it

It will be probably a bit off, then move only shoulder folder a little.

This applies same to part 2, but I don't recommend move hip folder in part 3
