Friends, yesterday's early video was trash and I'm sorry. I've been up half the night re-writing it and I'm MUCH happier with this one!

HUGE shout-out to @speykious and @laund on the discord server for helping me out with this one. Honestly they're co-writers on this one and I'm so grateful.

I've had a revelation:

I did not write yesterday's video because I was interested in some cool rust topic: I wrote yesterday's video because I had a deadline. This is not the way to do things, and not what I want for my channel. I don't do weekly reaction videos or streams to desperately keep up the content flow. I do videos on topics I love.

I'm going to think of what this means for my schedule, but my first thought is that If I don't have a video, I shouldn't force one.

Anyway, let me introduce this rewritten, much better video:

---

Programming is the purest form of applied mathematics.

The machinery of the Rust language is built on the simple rules of functional programming and borrow checker.
Starting with good rules is a profound way to build a language.
You don't have to invent an error handling system in such a language.

You can discover it.

---

Thank you all for your support, I'll let you know in a few days what my new schedule is going to be <3
