International patrons, I don't know the exact cost of mailing you a print copy yet. But I'm guessing around $40 (I know!) Canada is around $26 I think. I'll send you emails and you can let me know if you want one. 

Don't forget to leave reviews for Anubis. Amazon didn't send me an email that his new book was out and they are supposed to if you clicked to follow an author. So all those people waiting for Anubis don't know it's out yet. Combined with the fact that it was on pirate sites the day it released :heavy sigh: those people have no idea the impact they have on small self-pub authors.
