Update to Patron Tiers and patrons that want to order ITAOL print (Patreon)

I've tweaked the patron tiers because I haven't heard from my Bitter Sweet artist in months. She lives in a country that controls the internet. 

So now the $1 tier will get censored Nox starting this Friday (will be 26 weeks/pages behind upper tiers)

$3 tier will get immediate censored access to Nox

A reminder about discounts on print books for each tier

*This is for future books I release, not backlist. 

*But if I do a special order on backlist books you will be able to get a discount if bought through me.

Example: I am ordering ITAOL print books for general sale to raise money for an audiobook... if you are a patron you will get your discount. Fill out the form and under special instruction let me know you are a patron and what tier you are at and your invoice will reflect your discount.

$1 per month *10% off future printed books (must pay to ship)

$3 per month *20% off of future printed books, they can be signed. You must pay to ship.

$5 per month *30% off of future printed books and they can be signed by me if you choose. Free domestic shipping.

$7 per month *40% off of future printed books and they can be signed by me if you choose. Free domestic shipping.

$12 per month *Signed printed copy of all books released. Free domestic shipping. International must pay to ship (recent shipping costs for books has run $20-$24) *You must be a patron for at least 3 months to be eligible for print books.
