Okay, so now I start adding in some detail (see porthole I picked out), including some colors that weren't there (to connect everything) and the stained glass, and ropes for the jib sail (sometimes I misspell that gib). The jib sail is that one up front that bows. I had a hard time locating photos of rigging that would work for this boat. When I get the boat done I will do the sky, then the water. I want more sea spray and some impressive wakes.
I also noticed I am going to have to narrow the bow, it's too wide and makes the boat look round. Hopefully that won't be too painful.
Time invested so far? roughly 9 hours yesterday and going on 12 hours today. I'd probably be farther along but Zero refuses to let me work in peace.
