I had to change that left hand on the model, so I used this guy's hand and stitched it on.

This part wasn't too hard and just required some basic photoshop skills. Oh, I use two programs when I do covers like this. The one you see in the screen shots is Clip Studio Paint, the supreme painting program for a reasonable cost.
