I am finally back online. The repairs kinda took way longer than anticipated. The damage was more than expected. And while all that was going on my partner had to finish his dark room, so needless to say it was like packing up and moving without actually moving more than room to room. And the dust, dear god the dust. My partner has this thing about cleaning. As in NOT cleaning so you could have plowed the top of his desk and grow corn. He's also a hoarder, even though he won't admit it, so to say there was and IS a lot of stuff to move is an understatement. But slowly, very slowly, I am getting shit back in order. I now have my own office again, since I had to give up my space in the main office for a new wall. I hope having my own space will let me be more productive, but we'll see.

Yes, I'm gonna be late on shit this week too. I apologize AGAIN. I just got my tablet up, but the table I need to mount it to hasn't arrived. It was supposed to be here the 4th as were other things but it appears that Fed Ex has decided to take money and not deliver. I did finally get my dog food I ordered from Chewy, after they lied about saying they tried to deliver it and couldn't. Then an hour later dumped it in the road in front of the house.

I also got a message from Patreon that they will start charging sales tax to some members. I don't get this, I mean, you're not buying a physical product, rather a service. If this happens to you, please let me know, I will do my best to make it up in swag or something. Cause I do think it's pretty crappy they have to do that. They're saying it will affect less than 50% of most patrons.

I've got most of my office straightened out, but still have LOTS and I do mean LOTS of stuff to do here at the house so I can walk through it without falling over something. Every room is piled to the ceiling with shit I don't even know where it came from.

I like my new kitchen tho. And my sink that holds the dishes is nice. Before I had a metal tea cup with a drain for a sink.

And the insurance covered about 80% of everything. So that was a relief.

Oh yes, and a special thank you to everyone out there for helping me with this last release, beta reading, etc. I owe you lots.

Your home this last few weeks sounds like my idea of hell! Hope you feel comfortable again soon. France started taxing me 20% for giving to you last year. I don't really understand why. As far as I'm concerned, you're a 'poor' artist who I'm supporting. If you look at it this way, you should be considered a charity and I get tax relief when I give to a charity in France. I certainly don't pay tax!

It's not much each time, but it just seems illogical. C'est la vie!
