First one:

With all the craziness happening, and people looking at being out of work for several weeks with no compensation, etc, if you need to suspend your patronage I will not be offended. I want you guys to make sure you take care of yourself and your family first.

Second one: I am getting ready to post the next Chimera Kittens page. I am going to do it in black and white to test out some ideas on shading etc. to see if there is a way to speed up some of my more complex drawings. I'd really like to get to the level needed to do a graphic novel of at least one of my books. I'd love to do more than one, but I can barely keep up with things as is...

Third one:

It looks as if all the conventions I signed up for and reserved booths at might be cancelled.

Which really sucks.

So I have a HUGELY-GINORMOUS favor to ask...

When the Sicarii comes out, please talk about it. Even if you don't like it, talk about it. Tweet, Facebook, IG, or rent a blimp,  and tell people why you hated it, loved it, luke warmed it....etc. I really need this book to do well since the conventions seem to be off my plate. And in my experience, the only way a book does well is if people talk about it, love it or hate it, or whatever.

I hope that's not too much to ask. And if you don't want to do it, that's okay too, I totally understand. But if you could, it can really help.

I should have the second round of edits back in my hands this Friday. If all goes well, by the end of the following week it will go to beta readers, then you guys. I am going to send this one out via personal email. After it goes on Amazon, and is in print, I'll make a note of all those who get a print copy and work on getting those for the next send out.

Anyhow, that's all for now. Stay safe and stay well...

Adrienne, Sharon and fellow Patreons, Do take care of yourselves and those close to you. Where I live in France, a lot of people just don't seem to be taking the precautions seriously enough and the virus is spreading like wildfire. I hope you're safe where you are. If anyone is lonely, I'm always more than happy to chat - by email or by WhatsApp. Adrienne and Sharon have my email address if you want to get in contact for whatever reason. Virtual hugs on the way to those who need them! Lisa
