"Naked If I Want To"
"Before we begin, I'd like to describe the goals we're going to be working to achieve with today's session. If these goals don't interest you, or if you don't feel safe and comfortable with them, you can simply make the choice to stop listening and find a different experience to enjoy. You are always in control of your trance state, and any suggestions you hear will only apply if you feel safe and comfortable accepting them.
"The goal of today's trance is to train you to enjoy the experience of showing off your body to others, in situations and to degrees that are safe, comfortable, and appropriate for the setting you're in. There are no specific hypnotic triggers I'm asking you to accept--we're going to teach your mind to recognize situations that are invitations to display yourself, and to enjoy those experiences when they occur. This is more flexible and open-ended than a trigger, and may result in you engaging in exhibitionistic behavior unexpectedly... although, again, only when it is safe and comfortable for you to do so.
"Although there are points in this session where you may be encouraged to pay less conscious attention to the hypnotist, there are no direct amnesia suggestions incorporated into this session, and no suggestions or triggers that are intended to be forgotten after the session is over. Even so, spontaneous amnesia does happen to some people during hypnosis, so you may find yourself experiencing difficulty recalling details of the trance experience. If you enjoy forgetting your trances, your mind is going to work to make that happen. You have permission to remember or to forget as much of this session as you want--again, within the boundaries of what is safe and comfortable for you.
"This session contains permissive language directing you to disrobe and touch yourself. If you believe you will have difficulty resisting these instructions, please wait until you have some privacy to begin. If you do not feel safe or comfortable following any of the described suggestions or instructions, this would be a good place for you to stop. Otherwise, please get comfortable for me so that we can begin.
"For you to really enjoy displaying your body to others, you need to first begin by becoming comfortable with it, and I'd like you to begin by closing your eyes and taking a deep breath in. Hold it for a moment and let it out again, settling into a pace of slow, even breathing that allows oxygen to saturate your lungs and filter into your bloodstream. That oxygen travels throughout your body, pumped by your heart in an endless circulation that you can feel and hear all around you. You could imagine your heartbeat like the tick of a metronome, keeping time for everything that happens to you whether you're awake or asleep.
"That amazing machine keeps life-giving energy flowing, all the way down from the crown of your head to the very tips of your toes. Every time you focus your concentration on a part of your body, you can feel the elegance of its construction. Just let the muscles twitch a little in your feet, feel the motion happen at your will and by your direction and marvel at the wonderful mechanisms that give you all that sensation and control.
"And as those muscles flex and move, you can allow them to rest in whatever position is most comfortable and let them fade from your awareness as you move up to your calves, up to your thighs. Your legs work so hard to support your body and sustain your movement, and it's okay to be proud of that strength, that energy. Just feel those muscles flex and relax, flex... and relax... and think about how impressive that feat really is. Even if they need help from a cane or a chair, even if they tire easily, your limbs still do important work every day. You can take pride in them.
"And as they relax completely, gently fading from your consciousness in a pose that's comfortable and restful, you can let your mind move up further to the place between your legs. You can just take a moment and rest your hand here, shifting any clothing out of the way if you need to, and feel the pleasure that all those nerves provide you. Sometimes this spot might not look like you imagine in your head, sometimes it might even be difficult to think of it as something another person might want to see... but just go ahead and let your fingers roam over that warm, tingling flesh. It feels good, doesn't it? Something that feels so wonderful to your touch has to be good.
"And it's okay to keep stroking yourself there, keep gently caressing that warm skin while you think about the hands doing the touching. They're so sensitive, giving you so much detail about what's under your fingertips and moving with the greatest of precision. No matter what your body feels like to you, deep down it's an amazing machine that even the finest engineers couldn't replicate. No one could make a body like yours. No one could craft something so wonderful.
"And your hands can just keep moving, keep touching without thought or intention while your mind moves up to your arms and your shoulders. Everything you touch, everything you lift, everything you carry relies on that interaction between nerves and muscles, between senses and effort, and it's truly wonderful to think about the amazing things your body is capable of. Every body is different, and every body is capable of different things... but every body is also unique and irreplaceable. And in the right circumstances, with someone you know who can appreciate that, it's okay to want to show off that unique and wonderful you.
"And it's okay to take pleasure in that. It's okay to follow my voice and my words, letting your focus drift to your chest and your belly, and let the warm, enjoyable sensation flow gently over you and through you while you keep touching yourself. Your body is capable of feeling so much ecstasy, so much sensual bliss that you can easily and effortlessly imagine just how obvious it is to anyone who might see you like this. Anyone who you feel safe and comfortable seeing your body would know how good you're feeling right now, how happy you are with yourself, and they're bound to respond to that kind of joy and confidence. No matter what shape your body is--and every body is different, and every body is beautiful--there's someone out there who can appreciate it for what it is.
And when you find that person, someone who you feel safe and comfortable with, you can imagine as your focus floats up to your head and into your own mind that they want to see your beautiful body. They want to watch you doing just what you're doing right now, taking off as much of your clothing as you feel comfortable removing and touching yourself wherever it feels best. Maybe that person in your mind's eye is a lover you already enjoy showing yourself off to, maybe it's a fantasy you've been thinking about, or maybe you're beginning to feel confident enough in your body to display it to someone new. As long as you feel safe and comfortable, your deep self will know when it's appropriate to let yourself be seen. Your deep self is always aware of the situation, no matter how far down into trance you go, and it will always keep you from showing more of yourself than the situation allows.
"However much that is, it's bound to bring back the same warm, drifting pleasure you're experiencing right now. As you go deeper inside your head, imagining someone watching you display yourself--perhaps just your bare legs, perhaps just your bare arms, perhaps just your body under clothing that reveals as much as it conceals--you can connect it back to that warm, tingling bliss that just keeps building up between your legs. You can enjoy the sensation your own touch brings, and think about how sensuous and sexy you look right now in a situation you choose, for a person who desires you as much as you desire them.
"Imagine their eyes, drinking in the sight of your body as they become more and more focused and fixated on your curves, your skin. Imagine them staring, losing track of everything else around them until you're the only thing that truly exists for them. Imagine the sense of sweet, seductive power you feel when you captivate them with your sensuous, sexy flesh. Imagine being the center of their desire, their need. Imagine the pleasure that builds right now in your own body growing within their mind as they give in and watch you.
"It's so easy to picture those eyes locking onto you, enjoying everything you're willing to offer. As long as you're safe, as long as you're comfortable, as long as you see them respond and you know that this is a time and a place where you can show yourself to them without any other concerns, you can simply let that enjoyment carry you along and give in to the pleasure that comes along with it. The more you touch, the better you feel, the more that excitement binds itself to the thrill of being seen. Your body is beautiful. Your body is desired. Your body is sinking into arousal, and you're carrying your audience right along with it.
"That's okay. That's just exactly what you want to be doing right now, touching yourself and giving in to the fantasy of being seen. That pleasant heat can just build and build now, throbbing inside your mind while you play with yourself and think about how good it feels to show off your beautiful body to an eager, excited audience. You can imagine the look on their face as they drink you in, as they give in to the erotic display of your sensual curves. Feel the power growing, the power of that connection between their stare and your flesh. Feel it getting more and more intense as you rub and touch and stroke yourself in just the right way to find that perfect peak of ecstasy. That's right. That's it. Stronger and stronger now. Coming back on one, feeling your awareness of your body return to you, two, becoming more and more conscious of your surroundings, three, letting your eyes begin to open, four, almost all the way awake now, getting ready to return to your day and knowing you can come back to this space whenever it's safe and comfortable to do so, and....
