September into October post (Patreon)

Plan going forward: Make the hardening game. If there's extra time finally finish the kitsune 1 endings and the last bit of work in that path.

Report on September:

Turns out I didn't have to do the driving! Instead my family member got out of the hospital and then quickly back into the hospital and they asked that I stay somewhere closer temporarily. I started to visit them daily and that really put a damper on my creative energies.

Then around the 20th I woke up with an plan for making a hardening game I'd outlined a while back in laid out more or less completely in my head. This sounds silly but basically this series of events is how "Snow day" "To borrow a neighbor" "The witch, The wizard, and The desperado", and the ant parts of Monsters got done. I don't even like hardening content, but you don't ignore an impulse like that.

Just today I got the first puzzle complete but not tested. There's a lot left to do in that puzzle, and a bunch of fiddly bits to fill in. I also have to make the art which adds some time. I'm hoping to have a horizontal slice of content done by the seventh and the rest of the hopefully easier to make game done by the end of the month.
