Hello!
The KickStarter campaign for Light Fairytale has ended at around 27% of the goal. Unfortunately the game wasn't funded, but I still plan to continue with the development.
I've been working on remaking all the initial locations that you have seen in the playable demo. Here's a few work-in-progress screen-shots:
I've also restarted working on Super Night Riders, currently planning two free updates: The first will improve both the graphics and game-play, and the second will add a few more stages. Bonus, here's how the game looks like on the world smallest gaming PC, the 5.5" GPD WIN hand-held:
If you've been wondering about the mysterious third game on the neko.works homepage - Dark Fairytale, this is actually a story-driven shoot 'em up I've been planning for a while. Currently still at a concept stage but I'm planning to have a playable prototype in 2017.
Light & Dark Fairytale aren't directly connected story-wise, they are just opposed in term of the feeling I want to convey. Here's an early look on the main character's in-game 3D model:
You can download a work-in-progress FullHD wallpaper of Dark Fairytale here:
And that's it for today!
