DevLog #21: January Status Update (Patreon)

I've started the month by working a few days on a new side project called Font Based Character Recognizer - A Windows utility that detects visually any Japanese text in a game, so it can be used as a reading helper when playing Japanese games.

This software is still early in the development and lacks proper documentation, but it does work and is free! More information on the official website:

I've then resumed the work on Light Fairytale and published a new video on the Low Area that I've teased in the previous update. Please check it out!

I've been working on so many parts of the first episode so far, but currently most of these parts are not yet connected and can only be accessed using special saves. I've decided to fix this issue and restarted working on every part of the game, from the beginning, filling the holes and improving everything.
