Layla was quite literally the only person in Simone's wedding party at their official wedding and one of her few friends in BH, she called them her family in the Friendsgiving episode. you have to put yourself in her shoes, would you be excited that one of your friends was f*cking your ex husband? 😂

Let’s be real.. They tried to include Simone in the group before homecoming but everyone was always “Jordan’s friends.” and that’s what you see when Simone goes back home at the beginning of the season. Layla wasn’t calling Simone once she was at Bringston 😂😂 I get she was in the wedding party but honestly that always felt weird to me.. All American has never been good at writing female friendships.. Keisha/Nate and Simone are the first ones i actually believe. I’ve always understood Simone’s side, but at this point looking at the bigger picture it’s like 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️ I don’t think she should be excited by any means but it’s a not a black or white situation.. its hard to say jordan is wrong/ right or simone is wrong/right
